Hi, I’m Carolyn

I’m a photographer, writer and cook living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I found photography in high school, drawn to the magic of the darkroom, and never looked back. Photography allows me to be both a quiet observer and an outgoing collaborator, and the older I get the more I love it, the more meaningful it becomes to document the way I see the world. I am a first generation Michigander with East Coast roots, who’s lived and traveled all over this country, camera in hand, recording the small and big moments that make up life.
